The is a classical dry rose made from the Melnik variety from Struma Valley Region. The aroma is a rich bouquet of wild strawberry and cherry scent, spicy flavors and fragrant herbs. The taste is mild, fruity with characteristic freshness and a lasting finish. The wine leaves a charming impression with its untraditionally rich range of tastes and aromas that could be matched ideally with cheese, lamb, seafood and sweets. Best served at 10-12° C.
