The Blue Ridge winery in the heart of Bulgaria claims to be the most modern in Europe, and this wine has been fermented in some of the stainless steel before being matured in American oak barrels. This Merlot exhibits rich sweet fruit characters with spicy notes. Try it with grilled meats and cheeses.
