Combines 60% Sauvignon Blanc with 40% Misket (unique to Bulgaria, this grape is related to the Muscat family). This
exuberantly fragrant wine is bursting with luscious gooseberry, passion fruit, grass, and floral notes. The wine was aged on the lees for three months in French barriques.
