Uniqato 2005 Rubin

With the Uniqato line the team of Damianitza aims to show superb wines from lesser known varieties, bearing unique style. Besides the already recognized Uniqato Melnik (Early Melnik), vintage 2003 presents another variety - Rubin - a crossing of the varieties Nebbiolo and Syrah created in Bulgaria in 1944. Uniqato Rubin: aged for 10 months in Bulgarian and French barrels. Aroma - vanilla, berries, violets, coffee and spices. Taste - full body with velvet tannins and intense fruit character.
